How can we create workplaces rooted in respectful, ethical, and effective communication? This interactive training explores what meaningful communication looks like in practice and how organizations can integrate it across all aspects of their work. Using a strengths-based approach, participants will build skills in emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and accountability. Through guided discussion and practical strategies, participants will learn how to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and clients while fostering a culture of respect and collaboration. This session emphasizes recognizing individual strengths, increasing self-awareness, and navigating workplace dynamics with clarity and intention.
