Position Summary

The Partner Abuse Intervention Program (PAIP) Coordinator supports the coordination and implementation of Sarah’s Inn’s Partner Abuse Intervention Program (PAIP), a program designed to address abusive behaviors, promote accountability, and increase safety for survivors and their children. This position provides case management services to individuals participating in PAIP and assists with program operations, client communication, and service coordination. The PAIP Coordinator provides psycho-educational training and counseling to individuals who have caused harm, with the goal of interrupting the cycle of violence and increasing accountability. The PAIP Coordinator reports to the PAIP Supervisor.
