Position Summary
The Housing and Employment Navigator provides supportive services to individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, including housing navigation, employment navigation, crisis intervention, emotional support, safety planning, general and legal advocacy, referrals, domestic violence education, and support and education group services. This position works collaboratively with community partners to help survivors identify resources, access available opportunities, and navigate systems that support safety and stability. The Housing and Employment Navigator also supports the Housing Program Team by assisting with connecting families to available housing resources and programs, including Coordinated Entry (CE), SRN, and other housing options. The Housing and Employment Navigator reports to the Housing Program Supervisor.
